Staying at Asn Boutique Residence during my transit in Manila was a breeze with its strategic location just 10 km away from Ninoy Aquino International Airport. the convenience of being only 4 km from Buendia MRT station and a 10 minutes' walk from Gil Puyat made exploring the city hassle-free. the modern amenities, friendly staff, and thoughtful design of the rooms made my short stay comfortable and enjoyable.
With plenty of nearby dining and shopping options within walking distance, this slight inconvenience was easily overlooked.

it offers cool rooms with a cake and coffee, for instance, and every member of the staff was helpful. the location is marvellous, as the hotel is based near the airport.

Asn Boutique Residence exceeded expectations. the owner personally assisted with luggage and gave a tour of the rooftop gym and bar. the attention to detail in facilities and the coffee pods machine stood out. the clean and new facilities, along with the rooftop bar's chill atmosphere, made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommend for short or long stays.
